Our flexible homes are constructed with a maintenance-free exterior and an all-wood interior.
By default, the house comes in antericite and other colors are optional.
The architect was able to maximize the interior space and give it a modern sleek yet warm look with lots of wood.
The house is insulated with a high-quality PIR insulation board which is beautifully finished with a bamboo interior board which again gives a warm character to the inside of the house.
The house is equipped with all conveniences:
Ground Floor
- Central hallway with entrance to front door
- From the entrance access to the WC and technical room and an extra wide staircase to the second floor
- The bathroom and bedrooms are located on the first floor for maximum comfort of climate and accessibility;
- For the plumbing fixtures, we chose a clear base that matches the design of the home. We provide a neat look, the color choice is modern and the execution sleek. If you want to personalize the plumbing, that is obviously possible.
- All rooms are equipped with electricity and air conditioning through the central technical room
- Bedrooms can be optionally equipped with an exterior door;
Second floor
- The extra wide staircase leads to the spacious entrance to the second floor
- From the second floor entrance is access to a large storage room and to the living room and kitchen.
Optionally, a second toilet room is possible; - Today, the kitchen is often seen as the heart of the home. The place where we surprise, seduce and spoil each other. The open kitchen is also part of the living room. Most people like to choose and match the furniture and kitchen. Therefore, you are free to choose the kitchen.
The open living space (kitchen and living room) have a combined area of 45m2 - The floor is equipped with electricity, water, water drainage & air conditioning with an outlet to the technical room.
